Partially working, one channel and FM is working, AM didn’t come on. It may be the selector switch since FM didn’t work either in function was switched several times. The volume control was noisy. There is some corrosion on cabinet screws and someone the faceplate…a test cleaning made it look much better. Aggressive cleaning may remove the silkscreen printing. Even though it is partially working it is be sold as-is for parts or repair. One of the faceplate window screws is missing.

This great looking stereo is in good physical shape. I powered it up and quickly tuned in a radio Station. No further testing done.

A great example of a one owner survivor. it is perfect in every way except the external antenna which was broken off and the wires cut but can be repaired. other than that almost flawless. puts out 40 watts per channel and has a phono input as well. Comes with all the manuals and warrantys issued at sale rare stuff!!

Listing is for a Onkyo tx2500 mkii receiver. Tested for power and sound. Produced both. Hooked up a dvd player and played a cd through it. Sounds good. That’s the extent of the sound testing. The antenna is there but seems kinda loose. Does have a crack on the top right corner of the front display.
