I installed new Gold plated RCA jacks on the P-304, and serviced all knobs/ pots. Everything works great. On the M-504, the bulbs were fine, but they die over time. So I installed two Straw-hat LEDs next to them which should outlive the incandescent bulbs. The unit was properly biased, and the meters calibrated. They were both off when I received the unit. Both units have custom Ash grain side panels in a dark Jamoca color. I personally chose the board such that the grain pattern continues from the pre-amp to the power amp. Both units (given their age are not perfect) but in super excellent condition. Those green meters are a joy to look at. I took several photos to help you see the value of this combo.

For your consideration is an exceptional, all original example of the well loved Onkyo Integra P-304 preamplifier. This was used for only a few years before the original owner moved, packing this piece up in its original packing (and wrapping the preamp in a plastic bag) and left in climate controlled storage until now. This piece looks almost new. Super clean and in excellent operational condition. You really could not find a better example unless you found a factory sealed one… but that probably won’t ever happen ;) Please see all of the photos for a good visual description. This piece actually looks even better in person! Kind of hard to photograph being all black. This piece will be shipped in the original box inside a new, oversized outer box for safe delivery. Onkyo Integra P304 in very good condition. Seems to be working as it should.

Onkyo Integra P-304 Stereo Preamplifier acquired from the family of the original owner. Although this preamplifier works it has a couple of small issues easily remedied. One of the RCA jacks on the CD input has lost its outer shield. A common issue, when the RCA cable attached it pulled off fast the small shield pops off with it. Easily repaired by a technician or handy Andy. A small 1/8 area of the power cord has weak insulation where it exits the unit, the conductor wasnt showing. Just in case I placed a small piece of electrical tape around the small area of the cord. Tested and working, all inputs follow their dedicated signal path including phono (CD couldnt be tested on both channels due the RCA jack issue). All switches, controls, indicator lamps, etc. work as they should. Cosmetically a few small marks here and there but nothing eye catching or objectionable. Please view the auction photos.
