Hooked up powered on attached the speakers cassette plays but shuts itself off after a few seconds but if you hold it down it tries to kick off but it will still play so Im not sure what kind of issue that is but it does play. The dial on the tuner doesnt seem to want to go 96 to the left. I didnt have a wired antenna to test with, but you could hear the static sold as is for repair tune-up. If you would like to increase the shipping considerably I will keep around the original speakers for a while if you would like to add them on at no cost other than the increase shipping price which is already going to be high due to the weight of the receiver and its size.
