Waiver. The failure by either party to exercise any right, power or privilege under the terms of this Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent or further exercise of that right, power or privilege or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege. 12. Remedies and Legal Fees. In the event of a dispute, Buyer’s sole remedy for any and all losses or damages resulting from defective Goods or from any other cause will be for the purchase price of the particular Goods with respect to which losses or damages are claimed, plus any shipping costs paid by Buyer. In the event such dispute results in legal action, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees. 13. Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above and by eBay. This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and internationally. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the State and/or Country in which both Parties do business. Verkaufe meinen leider defekten ONKYO CD-Receiver CR-305FX: gab von heute auf morgen beim Einschalten keinen Mucks mehr von sich - warum auch immer. Aber vielleicht hat ein Fachmann eine Idee, was es sein könnte und kann so den Receiver mit wenig Aufwand (?) wieder zum Leben erwecken …? Oder er benötigt Ersatzteil aus dem Gerät zur Reparatur eines anderen Receivers … (wobei ich natürlich keine Garantie übernehmen kann, dass alle Bauteile noch einwandfrei funktionieren)? Wie dem auch sei, CD-Receiver wird mit Fernbedienung und Gebrauchsanleitung abgeben. Wenn möglich bitte nur Abholung, da Versand äußerst aufwendig! Bitte stellen Sie Ihre Fragen per E-Mail vor Abgabe des Gebots und beachten Sie die folgenden Verkaufsbedingungen: Ich habe das Produkt nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen beschrieben, insbesondere was eventuell vorhandene Mängel betrifft. Verkaufe hier meinen Onkyo CR-305FX CD Receiver. Das Gert war in den letzten Jahren wenig in Gebrauch und da es zum rumstehen zu schade ist, wird es hier verkauft. Der Receiver ist in einem guten Zustand,hat kaum Gebrauchsspuren und funktioniert ohne Probleme. Der CD Receiver hat einen CD-Player, Tuner und Verstrker integriert. Es knnen zudem zwei weitere Gerte ber einen AUX Anschluss angeschlossen werden. Zudem besitzt er einen optischen Ausgang, sowie eine Anschlussmglichkeit fr einen Subwoofer. Ebenfalls knnen normale Lautsprecher direkt angeschlossen werden. Die Fernbedienung ist ebenfalls dabei und funktioniert ohne Probleme. Eine Antenne fr den Tuner ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Der Versand erfolgt als Paket versichert per DHL mit Sendungsnummer. Dies ist ein Privatverkauf. Der Verkauf erfolgt unter Ausschluss jeglicher Gewhrleistung, Garantie und Rcknahme.
