Magnificent beast of a surround sound home theater receiver, this Onkyo puts out 130 wpc @ 8 ohms into seven channels. I dont have home theater equipment, but I have run it extensively in my two-channel system and hooked it up to a DVD player, a TV and tested everything possible with no flaws. I has some bruises on top, largely from another piece resting on it (before I bought it). Otherwise, its in great shape. This receiver has a motorized door on the bottom of the face opening up additional controls. It seems to be a very versatile piece. No remote, but their are many listed on eBay from $16 up.
