Testing We tested the receiver by plugging it in, powering it on, and connecting various inputs and outputs: The HDMI ports are functional. The speaker outs are functional, and we had no issues powering small bookshelf speakers with them. The analog video inputs and outputs are functional, as well as the analog to HDMI converter. We had no issues with any of the function buttons, changing settings, making selections, or using the rotary encoder. This is the full extent of the testing performed. The receiver is in working condition. Return Policy If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it.
