This is an Onkyo TA-2600 cassette deck. Condition is for parts or not working. The deck powers on and all lights seem to be working fine. It fast forwards and rewinds fine, but it will not play tapes. This is consistent with the belts needing replacement. It’s one of Onkyo’s better units, being a 3 head deck and of the Integra line. Cosmetically, it’s in pretty good shape with some nicks, scuffs and scratches here and there but nothing major. Thanks for looking.

Onkyo Stereo Cassette Deck is black in color. This is a very durable and well constructed unit built to last. All metal casing. This is a previously used item that is in good working condition. Item has been tested for basic functions/buttons and is operational. All LED lights illuminate as needed. There are some scuff marks and chips on the unit housing that are easily seen in the photos. Also, please note the AC power cord has been spliced and wrapped with standard electrical tape. It is completely safe and works just fine as a power source. This cassette deck tape well is reasonably clean (heads, rollers ect ... ) can play forward and on the reverse side without having to flip the cassette tape. Tape type is automatically selected when tape is inserted. Its counter is selectable tracking either in minutes or by numerical count. Dolby HX Pro with selectable Dolby B & C noise reduction. Bias adjust slider. All controls are soft touch and are very responsive. There are a few functions to which I am not sure of their purpose, so I am not able to describe them. Input/output are Stereo Left/Right RCA type jacks. There is a 1/4 headphone jack on the front panel.
