This auction is for a Rare Olson HF-104 Professional Stereo Tone Arm, without the tone arm cable. This Tone Arm is shown in the 1968 Olson catalog as their Top Of The Line Arm! It is designed to track at less than 1 gram stylus pressure with a high compliance low mass stylus. The HF-104 arm is equipped with miniature ball bearings and an adjustable counterweight. The catalog shows a small sliding weight off to the side of the arm which is NOT present on this arm (see pictures), however this arm worked great just as shown, on my Thorens TD 124 with a Grado Signature cartridge, however, this was 20+ years ago! Due to its age and lack of recent use, it is sold As Is. This will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail insured to the Continental United States.

Offered for your consideration is a vintage Olson model S-713 12 inch full-range guitar speaker, USA-manufactured by Jensen c.1968. Olson sourced all of their speaker drivers from outside suppliers and this speaker came from Chicagos Jensen. Please have a look at my large photos and read the remaining description to decide if this capable Jensen guitar speaker should be yours. This Jensen for Olson guitar speaker is in clean, very good condition. The ribbed, deep-set paper cone has a thin crack, right next to the factory seam, which I neatly secured from the back side with surround glue. There is also a very small fissure on the integral hard paper suspension ring which I corrected the same way. The cone is otherwise unharmed and the vented voice coil dustcap is perfect. Plus, the attractive, “futuristic” cast basket is in great shape with no dings or scratches. And, the +/- input terminals are sturdy, screw-tighten binding posts which add a very nice touch. It’s a well-preserved driver, overall. Most importantly, it’s been fully tested and sounds very strong and clear with clear, detailed lower midrange extending deep into treble, and ample bass. Plus, I tested its DC resistance at 6.9?, consistent with a nominal 8 ohm driver rating. Lastly, the mount flange measures 12?” diameter, it stands 5¾” tall, and the mounting holes are spaced 8¼” adjacent / 11?” diagonal apart, c-t-c.So, as pictured and described, this Jensen for Olson 12” full-range guitar speaker is offered at a competitive price.
