NORTON AUDIO NA 850 Stereo Amplifier Tested and working Serial no. 16028 No original box but will be very carefully packaged Features / Specifications* 240V AC I cant find the specifications for the NA 850 The following are the specs for the NA 550 so should be used as a rough guide only, thanks 1 × 289 watts channel 1 to 8 ohms 2 × 253 watts channel 1 + 2 to 8 ohms 1 × 464 watts channel 1 to 4 ohms 2 × 380 watts channel 1 + 2 to 4 ohms 760 watts total power Testing Tested and working No crackling on potentiometers This is a VERY powerful amp and I havent driven it hard enough to test the clipping indicator LEDs (due to limited speaker size) Condition Good overall condition Front panel and casing have general wear and tear with some paint loss Internal components in excellent, very clean condition Controls and LEDs to front of unit intact and in good order Comments This is a very rare, beautifully made, high quality amplifier. It is very powerful with superb sound. Very sad to part with it but no longer have use for it and its a real shame for it not to be in use. It does have some signs of use but Ive always thought they added to its charm. Ive seen these amps fitted with perspex covers which look great on this example.
