Presentation, they have clear coat finish cracks that can only be seen when searched for. I had these set up in listening position and even in good lighting the finish imperfections could not be seen. I had to put them under bright light to find them so they are there. I love the sound they produce. But simply put, my amplifier puts out to much power. These are speakers for someone that does not listen to heavy metal, rap, or EDM. But rock n roll, jazz, concerto music is just fine. They produce excellent highs, mids and lows. But my amplifier is over 400 watts per channel and simply over powers these towers. Ive included pics of surface finish cracks, packing and birth certificate. The price reflects surface damage. These sold for over $5000.00 new. The Contender 3 sold for near $7000.00 new.
