This is a Nitty Gritty Mini-Pro 1 in very good working order. I am the original owner, but find that I dont use it much anymore. It will be shipped well-packed in its original box. It includes an unused Vac-Sweep replacement kit and an unused capstan replacement kit. It also has the original owners manual and assorted literature from Nitty Gritty. Its in good vintage condition, working properly, just as designed. The capstan slips a little sometimes, but then recovers friction, so I havent bothered to replace it, but Im including the capstan replacement kit for when it is needed. There is some cosmetic damage to the wooden case that does not affect operation. It had a fluid leak years ago that I didnt notice until it had gotten the lower parts of the cabinet wet. You can see the staining in the photo of the bottom. As a result, two of the screws holding the non-structural lower panel in place lost their hold. I repaired it with screws in new locations and the panel has been solidly attached again for a long time. Nitty Grittys customer support advised me about how to reseal the fluid system to prevent further leaks. Some time later the fluid pump stopped working properly and the company sold me a new one and provided detailed instructions and advice over the phone about how to install it. I have dealt with their customer support under both the original ownership in California and the new owners in Atlanta, and find them to be extremely helpful. Be sure to look at the shipping choices and select the one you prefer. If you live far from Michigan you may find that Fedex shipping is cheaper than UPS. I am selling my Nitty Gritty 1.5fi record cleaning machine, which I no longer need. I bought it new and used it for about 2 years. The cleaning fluid I used had a rather high alcohol content which caused a leak in the pumps inner reservoir. Therefore, I removed that reservoir, since I preferred to manually apply the fluid anyway. The buyer may choose to replace the reservoir or use it manually. The rotating motor and the vacuum work well.

This Nitty Gritty Record Cleaning Machine is sold as is, nonreturnable and for local pick up only. Shipping is not available for this item. Model number 2.5 FI Serial number 9131. Purchase on July 29. 1986. The The electric pump needs repair or replacement. The company no longer makes the electric pumps. Only manual pumps are available. The machine and vacuum work. If you do not want to repair the pump and you do not want to spend the money on a manual one , you can put some fluid in a squirt bottle, add a little to the brush and use it that way. It is not returnable so please select carefully. The dust cover is cracked and the seams are split. One side already fell off ( of the dust cover ) This condition of the cover is deteriorating as the dust cover material is becoming more brittle as it sits. Hopefully it can be repaired with the appropriate glue, if not, consider this machine with no dust cover at all.I have reduced the price accordingly. Thank you. I have tested and works properly! Included is what is in pictures! Only real flaw is possibly a stress crack in plastic cover pictured, but it doesn’t go all the way through, some signs of wear but quite excellent! Thanks! Again!
