This came out of my personal system and worked perfectly to balance my multiple sets of speakers but I have gone to individually amping my multiple pairs of speakers so I no longer need this unit. This unit takes a single source and splits it into up to four outputs which are individually controllable for the volume level. There is a selector on the back to change the impedance according to how many sets of speakers are being used so as not to over-tax the amp (source). All four connector plates are included and have been cleaned and de-oxidized (I do that to all my stereo connectors). Cosmetically it is in great shape. See pics for exact condition.
