Up for your consideration is a very nice 120 watts per channel Nikko Alpha II stereo power amplifier in working condition. The face of the unit is nearly flawless with no real notable imperfections other than a slight hard to see mark above the meter range . The rear has some signs of age/use, but in my opinion is very minor (please refer to pictures). The amp works and passes audio last tested. It should be noted that last time I had this out and hooked up the right channels VU every once in a while will fluctuate on its own. It did not affect the signal. I will do some more testing this weekend and the low starting price reflects this. Comes with original manual and paperwork. Please note that this is a heavy amplifier and I am willing to work with a buyer to get the price as low as I can (UPS ground might be best). The amp weighs in at 42lbs alone. I think the right VU should be calibrated at some point as it is not at sitting at total 0. Hopefully the video clip is accepted. It passed audio beautifully on speakers A and B and I was able to blast Pat Benatar quite easily. **Please remember this is vintage audio, so understand that listing to music on older equipment is both amazing and has its quirks. I am selling the amp as is and it will leave my house as described above. I hope that it reaches its new owner in the same condition and is not affected by shipping. But please understand that vintage equipment may have a pop or scratchy pots, its just the nature of the beast and getting older.

For your consideration is a vintage Nikko four component stereo system. Alpha iii power MOS FET / DC stereo power amplifier, Beta 20 stereo preamp, Gamma 30 AM/FM stereo tuner and Eq 20 graphic equalizer. All four components are rack mountable. All units have been professionally serviced and carefully tested for all functions and they are in excellent working order. All controls and switches have been cleaned and lubed for many years of smooth and accurate operation. All light bulbs have been replaced as needed. Two equalizer slider knobs have been replaced. The power amplifier output DC offset has been adjusted for optimum performance. Delivering 80 watts per channel into 8 ohms, this combo can function as the centerpiece of any hi-fi stereo system. The Alpha iii power amplifier is powered by a dual power supply circuitry for ultra clean output with excellent frequency response at high volume. Featuring a superb & sophisticated phono stage, this system sounds fantastic! Cosmetic condition is used. The left rack mount ear is bent on the Gamma 30 tuner.
