We have for sale a used Nakamichi RM-7 factory issued remote control. This is meant for one of their CD players but were not sure which one. Be aware Nakamichi made at least a couple of remotes with very similar model numbers. This remote is NOT the one for one of their famous preamps! Since we dont have the CD player that this is for we tested it with a Leader brand LPM-8000 light meter that reads the output pulse from the remote, all keys test just fine. We have sold over 100 remote controls with this level of testing and theyve always worked fine when paired with the component they were designed for. Uses (2) AA size batteries (not included). The battery compartment is very clean and there is no sign of any battery leakage. Sorry but local pick-up is NOT available at this time! Vintage tonearm made by Micro Seiki for Luxman. Arm was removed from a clean Luxman PD-272 turntable and is very similar to the Micro Seiki TA-1 arm. This is in working shape and looks very good. Mounting distance on it is 225mm from pivot to spindle. Cables are made of Mogami microphone cable with Nakamichi RCA ends. Ground lead uses a Mueller, solid copper alligator clip. I’ve recently upgraded the tonearm on my main table so this is for sale - maybe you can use it. Please note: this is a vintage electronic item so sold as-is. This tonearm will be very well packed. Nakamichi RM-580R & 580T Remote Control FOR ENTIRE SELECTION OF 580,581,582,660,670.680,681,682,ZX RARE!. This remote was found in my dads office. He used it with his 680ZX cassette deck. He no longer has the tape player however! He kept everything! Unit comes with original box & paperwork.
