When the customer received the amp it was damaged as you seen in the pictures! Seeing how it weighs over 50 pounds it was obviously dropped! It has a rattle inside of it, and the power button is pushed inside! This amp was in pristine condition when it was sold! Comes with the original paperwork! This is what we got back!
