I am trying to sell of this whole Nakamichi 7 Series Stack PA-7 CA-7 OMS-7AII ST-7 for as less as possible as i need funds immediately. I bought from my friends collection who gave it to me several months ago. PA-7 : Both channels are recapped except the main caps still original as they work fine. Surge protection circuit was also rebuilt with new thermal fuses. Thermal paste is replaced and cleaned the unit inside out. BIAS is set at 40ma with heatsinks running at good temperature around 40C. CA-7 : Unit functions good and has a after market remote but it has all the exact functions with proper naming. If you have DIN cable for remote function you can control Devices like OMS-7s OMS-5s ST-7, CR-&A, Dragon and many more tape decks, also remote can adjust manual Azimuth in CR-7s. Only one button is missing but i am trying to using a button from OMS-5 to get this missing button added. OMS-7AII : Replaced belt and everything functioning properly all keys works ST-7 : i played both FM and AM and both play good, auto seek is working perfectly as well as manual tuning. I need money to buy a car so need to get this off ASAP. With CR-7 cassette deck this would be a golden collectors piece. Considering its age, I think it is a beautiful item. The playback, recording, and other basic operations are all good. There were no particular points of concern. I judge it to be a good cassette deck.I have used both ‘commercially available pre-recorded music tapes’ and ‘my own recordings on other decks’ for playback, and there seems to be no ‘azimuth shift’ as the high frequencies have been extended. As you can see in the picture, there is no difference in sound output between the left and right sides during playback or recording, which is often seen in used cassette decks. Recording was also possible with the same sound as the source.The outstanding playback sound and stable recording performance - there is nothing more to say about it. Nakamichi CD/cassette deck TD-700C + CD-30S You can listen to CDs, but its a junk item. The CD could be played normally, with no problems with the left/right channels, and the bass/mid/treble controls on the cassette deck also worked, but the cassette deck wouldnt take a cassette in, and even when I tried to push it in, it didnt seem to respond, (the load lamp would light up when I tried to push it in) If I set it to radio, I could hear static, but I didnt connect an antenna, so I dont know what happens beyond that, the LCD on the cassette deck is broken, but the display can still be seen. ?About the warranty?
