Nakamichi 582Z Discrete 3 head Cassette Deck acquired from the family of the original owner. I gave this unit a quick test and unfortunately it doesnt work. The cassette door will not open. When pressing the FF, Rew, Play buttons I can see the hubs spinning and the counter changing. Since I cant open the cassette door, I cant test this unit other than power up. Cosmetically its missing the timer knob, the shaft and control are intact. And as previously stated the cassette eject button is not working (its not sticking out as far as it should). There are some marks and scratches here and there. Do to the mentioned non-working condition and flaws this cassette deck is offered for repair, parts, or restoration. Please view the auction photos.
