There is an issue with the volume slider on the device meaning you must control the volume from whatever device you’re playing music on rather than the speaker itself, There is also a bass problem when songs are played past a certain volume (anything past medium going to loud) The item still works with all connectivity, and plays well except the bass problem so if you are able to fix those problems or take them to someone who can then It’ll be back good as new!
