This is the rare Nagra SMR which allows a V.U. meter reading when recording and controls the audio with the Nagra SN, Nagra SNN and Nagra SNS tape recorder.(NOT INCLUDED)I received it when I bought a Nagra SN tape recorder and never used it because I have no Microphone but I borrowed the microphone and line input cable from a friend and confirmed the record function and V.U.
