NAD 216 THX Stereo amplifiers in mint condition and extremely well taken care of. The unit is in perfect working order and comes in original, double boxes with matching serial numbers and original mint condition owners manual. These are POWER AMPS and need a pre-amp (not included). However, assuming you know what youre looking at, these are great amps that I have meticulously cared for and appreciated for years. Personally Id go ahead and replace the caps with one of the kits available elsewhere on eBay. Solid honest rated power and THX certification means it was built to a high standard. Height is 3 RU for those in the know. Has standard rack mount ears, one of the handles was removed, probably to mount in a cabinet with a door. Front feet are missing, easy to replace. Power cord was cut to about a foot or so. Weighs 27 pounds, lots of iron and copper in this puppy, which is why the shipping is so much. I gather that this particular model is rare and desirable. Im selling my beloved NAD Masters Series M25 7-channel power amplifier because Im downsizing my system. Its one of the best amps NAD ever made. Its THX Ultra2-certified, meaning it passes the most stringent of tests by THX. If you know this amp, you know they rarely come up for sale. Please note that 1 of the 8 small blue lights has dimmed. All of the small red lights are still bright. These lights have nothing to do with the sound of the amp. In March of 2022 I had the power button fixed, and also had new caps etc done at the same time. So this amp is in excellent condition and it sounds just as it should. NAD 216 THX stereo power amplifier If you are reading this listing you probably know how highly-regarded these power amps are. I used this one to drive the front channels LF in my system until it stopped working, when I replaced it with an identical one. I have now replaced all (34) of the electrolytic capacitors excluding the 4700uF 100v power supply capacitors which I have never known to fail. I also replaced the speaker terminal posts with some taken from a NAD 916 as one of them was broken. This amp has since been tested extensively and is working beautifully again, but as I repaired another one of these at the same time I now have two working spares, which is more than I need. Please look at the pictures as they form part of the description. They were all taken after the repairs were competed. The front panel and top cover have got a few scratches and marks as can be seen. If you have a NAD 216 which is not working, but which is in better cosmetic condition than this one, please get in touch if you would be interested in having these good internals swapped into your case rather than buying this amplifier as it is. I will send this via courier to a mainland UK address if required. Cost is likely to be around £20 due to the weight.

This is an audiophile level NAD 2400 Power Envelope stereo power amplifier in excellent operating condition. This amplifiers rated power for continuous test tones is 100 watts per channel. If even more power is required, the two channels of the 2400 can be bridged to create a 200 watt single-channel amplifier. Each stage of the amplifier (input, driver, and output) is individually decoupled from the power supply to prevent the dynamic supply-modulation distortion that causes some amplifiers to sound veiled and muddy. With a signal to noise ratio of 118dB, it also provides transparent, distortionless reproduction of quiet musical passages and the smallest details. This 2400 has been well maintained and kept in a temperature controlled, non-smoking environment.
