The good - Sounded great and comes with remote, although you do have to push the volume buttons a little hard. The bad - Right channel barely comes out and volume knob is a little twitchy and you have to turn it slow to adjust the volume. The medium - I ran it for another few days it ran fine and then the right channel went out. So there is hope to fix it! NAD T762 amp. I used it as a 2-channel stereo amp on the CD inputs and it worked well and sounded great, but the volume knob was a little twitchy to change, so you need to adjust it slow. Listened to it for a while and it worked great, then the right channel stopped outputting most the volume. The right channel is there, but very faint. Otherwise, the amp is in great condition. I would have kept it but I dont know much about repair. Also, I havent tested every video connection, I just used it for CD and it sounded GREAT! I hate it died, but now Im on the hunt for another NAD!

This is a NAD T762 receiver. Works great as a 2 channel receiver. Condition is for parts or not fully working. The receiver does work in stereo mode (left and right channels), but when in dsp modes such as Dolby pro logic and other surround formats, the left and right front channels produce no sound. Only the surround channels like center, left and right surround channels work while in Dolby mode. I used this primarily as a 2 channel system with left and right front channels on stereo mode and it works good. Both A/B left and right channels are good with no static or distortion present. The sound quality is very good and it has that sweet NAD sound. The receiver can also be used with its 7.1 rca input on the back. When used like this, all 6 amp channels work good in stereo mode, just not in Dolby mode. I used an Oppo blu ray player with 7.1 rca output and the NAD worked great as an external amp. Only the analog rca inputs on the back work. When coax and optical are used only the surround channels work, not the front left and right channels. To summarize, the receiver works fine through analog and front channels on A/B speaker section work good on stereo mode. 7. 1 input is good too. The am/fm section works fine. It has rds feature which displays station name etc. The unit is heavy, it weighs about 42 lbs. It’s in pretty good shape with the occasional nicks, scuffs and scratches here and there but nothing major. Thanks for looking.
