Bottom one in picture is C272 This amplifier is in pristine beautiful condition. It has been cleaned and treated to get the best sound quality with no crackles when knobs are adjusted. The sound quality is clean, clear, smooth and robust. It fills a 2000 Square foot room fully at 1/16 volume, and when demanded can clear the room at full volume. You will need a powerful set of stereo speakers to handle this amplifiers full output. If any issues I will work with you to resolve them. I fully stand behind the equipment I service. It will give you many years of reliable quality service with the modern parts replaced. I also downloaded a manual to be sent with the amplifier.

NAD C272 is another of the great line of NAD products that have offered high performance for the dollar. It is conservatively rated at 150w/channel, and was highly rated when introduced. Ive switched to more efficient speakers since Ive moved in with my (now) wife, so no longer need this power. Im replacing it with the NAD 3050. The amp has several places where the anodized black has been scuffed off - Ive tried hard to show these to be fair. Id rate this amp as a 7 cosmetically, and it is fully functional. I won’t go into all the tech specs here as if you’re looking at this listing you likely know it already. Suffice to say this is a glorious beast of a power amp. 150 watts continuous (NOT peak) per channel at 4/6/8?, and will do 400 in Bridged mono mode!! This was used to drive my fronts pre-outed in a home theatre set up, when playing music in stereo mode the sound is amazing. Sadly with the current economic crisis I have removed this from my set up and am letting my home theatre receiver power my fronts. Very sad face. This was professionally recapped some six months ago, and has just been fully serviced ready for sale by MJ Stills Pro Audio, Sussex. The interior of the unit is pristine. Both recapping and servicing were a considerable expense. This is NOT simply an old second hand item and that is reflected in the price. There is some visible scuffing on the front and top, but no deep scratches, and is in excellent condition for such a classic piece. This is an extremely heavy item, and sending fully insured by special delivery is reflected in the postage cost. I’m happy for this to be collected from Brighton, East Sussex if required.
