Wobei, das Design von NAD zeitlos ist, und das der Monitor Serie erst recht eines, das einen High End Kenner immer wieder begeistert!Nein, auch heute, in Zeiten des Bluetooth und der körperlosen Musik, muss sich diese Reihe keinesfalls verstecken!Im Gegenteil! Und wenn wir hier schon von Klang reden, dann nicht darüber, ob der Streicher Nr. 5 jetzt zwei cm hinter der Posaune ist... Nein, wir reden über Emotionen!Musik ist Gefühl, ist Freude oder Laune oder Mitfiebern.... Musik geht direkt ins Herz, in die Beine und bewegt!Und genau DAS tut dieser CD-Player! It was only marketed for about a year or so. It?s essentially the SLC505 passive preamp mated to the GFA 535 amp section. There is no pre-amp stage; it?s a high gain amplifier section mated to a passive line controller.50wpc @ 8 ohms and 75wpc @ 4 ohmsVolume, bal, source and source record are the only controls.Here?s what the Adcom manual says:The GCA-510 is an innovative example of the minimalist school of circuit design. Although it offers the convenience of an ?integrated amplifier?, it?s actually a very high gain power amp preceded by a passive level controller. There is no separate preamplifier stage.
