Ive upgraded the audio capacitors to nichicon FW and Fine Gold, with Rubycon at the Preamp Outputs. The Power Supply Main caps have been upgraded to 63V nichicon, while the others are Panasonic, Chemicon, etc. For added versatility, I have repurposed the (fixed line level) Tape Output RCA Jacks to be (variable level) Preamp Outputs suitable for a powered Subwoofer, external Power Amp, etc. Im also including a new 6-button learning remote programmed for Mute On/Off, Volume Up/Down, and 3 Input Selects DISC, CD, and AUX. NAD PPe2 phono preamplifier. Was using this with my NAD T744 AV receiver. NAD was renowned for their photo preamp sections of their receivers and integrated amplifiers in the 1980s and 1990s. New receivers dont have phono preamp sections, and these record decks for sale with USB cables and such have garbage phono sections, too.
