Please look at closeup picture of outputs. When I removed the cables it removed the metal part of the two of the jacks. I dont know if you can solder on new connectors, or if you need to install a new analog output board. Price reflects this issue. Unit in outstanding condition with all accessories, remotes, etc. Units works great (less the two RCA outputs). If you dont need the RCA outputs, then it doesnt need to be fixed.

I am selling my receiver. it’s in really good condition, about 13 months old still have a box .never had any issues or problems with it . It sounds good for music and movies.
