This is a really nice 2 channel amplifier for a variety of situations. At 120 watts per channel it has plenty of drive for floor standing speakers in a good size room, but is also refined enough for bookshelf speakers in an office or smaller listening space. Cosmetically it is in excellent condition with only very faint scratches on the top cover and no blemishes on the front face. It has been thoroughly checked for sound quality on an oscilloscope and the DC offset, bias and ISC Sensitivity (unique to NAD) adjusted to factory settings. Up for sale is a NAD C 370 Integrated Amplifier. Unit does power on and all functions light up when pressed, except speaker A. This is the extent of my testing. I did not test it any further. There is some damage to the top of the case, deep scratches. (pictured) On the back the wire knobs have damage, one is bent and the housing cracked, a few others have the ends damaged. The C370’s top end was another gratifying element of its sound. The tweeters on my 1.6s are about four feet long, and tend to be unforgiving of sizzle and glare. Watching a DVD of Pat Metheney’s Imaginary Day tour reminded me about the drummer in his band. Paul Wertico should more accurately be called a cymbalist, as the ratio of cymbals to toms in his kit is about two to one. Each cymbal has its own character and energy, which the C370 successfully reproduced. The only thing lacking was the added dimension that tube amps give, and even my $3K MD208 barely manages to render. The NAD C370 is a very strong contender in the under-$1000 integrated amp market.
