Nad 3140 Integrated amplifier - Faulty. Item works, the volume controller makes buzzing sound while turning. The right SPEAKER B TERMINAL is not working. Hence selling as spares or repairs. There are marks and scratches on it. No other accessories attached. Item comes exactly as pictured. NO RETURN OR REFUND ON THIS.

This is a nearly perfect NAD 314 integrated amp... except for the bass and treble tone control knobs which having been mashed in at one point. As shown I have used washers as spacers to make up for the lack of plastic on the knobs themselves. There is still a very slight difference in protrusion between the 2 and the balance knob which is still good. I checked inside to see if any of the potentiometers were bent but they are still straight as an arrow. There are no scrapes or scratches anywhere on the body itself. It quickly clicks out of protection and sounds great! I have thoroughly tested this in my own system and it sounds great powering a pair of polk monitor 7as. I will be double boxing this for shipping so safety will be assured! I have shipped an Adcom GFA-565 Monoblock amp using this method to great success.

NAD 314 Stereo Integrated Amplifier. Powers on and functions appear to work! In overall good shape though it has a heavier scratch and light dent on the top. Please note there is a good chance the shipping will be UPS rather than USPS. USPS ground prices have gotten insane.

Unit has been recapped. All caps replaced with high quality caps. Brown glue removed. Boards reflowed approx. 75%. Cleaned and inspected. Unit bias and DC offset set to factory specs. All controls cleaned. Unit tested and sounding great. Face and case has some minor wear and tear. The bal. works. Tested with scope. It is a little loose and it grabs to the left. Would have liked to replace but can not find one. 10 hours of work it and the buyer will enjoy for a long time to come.
