Personally Id go ahead and replace the caps with one of the kits available elsewhere on eBay. Solid honest rated power and THX certification means it was built to a high standard. Height is 3 RU for those in the know. Has standard rack mount ears, one of the handles was removed, probably to mount in a cabinet with a door. Front feet are missing, easy to replace. Power cord was cut to about a foot or so. Weighs 27 pounds, lots of iron and copper in this puppy, which is why the shipping is so much. I gather that this particular model is rare and desirable.
