FULL DESCRIPTION:This is one of multiple Definitive speakers I am selling, along with two Mythos Fours, six Mythos Fives, and four SuperCubes, all in Like New, Excellent, or Very Good condition, so see my other listings if you are looking for a set. I listed them separately instead of as quantity listings so I could provide individual descriptions and more photos of each item.This item is in Excellent to Like New condition and is complete in its original packaging with all of its original accessories, manuals, etc. It was tested and cleaned before being carefully repackaged in its original packaging for safe transport. I forgot to take a picture of the speaker without its grill before repackaging and sealing it up, but rest assured it was never used without the grill and should still be like new behind it. While there may be minor signs of use (see photos), the item is functionally perfect and cosmetically near perfect, so this is essentially an Open Box item in Excellent to Like New condition. Buying First, every item listed has been tested, its serial number has been logged, and it has been packaged, weighed, and measured for quick and accurate shipping. Therefore, your item should ship within hours if not minutes of receiving payment, and youll receive your tracking information right away. Additionally, because I include actual weights and dimensions in my listings, the shipping cost you see here is the actual shipping cost I will incur based on your zip code and shipping method. Second, your feedback is very important to me, so after you receive your item, please take a moment to leave positive feedback for me. Once received, I will immediately do the same for you. My goal is to satisfy every buyer, so if you have an issue with an item, please reach out and give me a chance to resolve it before requesting a return or leaving negative feedback. I hope my feedback speaks for itself and this upfront honesty doesnt deter you, but as a small-time seller of personal items, know that I simply dont have the pockets or workforce of Amazon or other large retailers to absorb the time and costs of a liberal return policy, often with buyers who abuse the system or treat products and packaging carelessly. Therefore, please understand when I acknowledge that Ive grown more pedantic about returns over the years, and when I ask that you please do your homework and ask questions before buying, dont expect a free and easy return with no questions asked, and please make your purchase as though all sales are final, even though I certainly consider the following exceptions: 1) Justifiable Returns: If theres an unexpected issue with your item and youve reached out to me for help and we cant resolve the issue together, I will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to me. Upon receipt of the return, I will test and inspect the item to confirm its issue aligns with the reason provided for its return and to ensure it isnt a fraudulent return (see #3 below). If everything checks out, youll receive a full refund, including your original shipping costs. If the issue or condition of the item does not align with the reason provided for the return, both your original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, as well as any appropriate restocking fee if the condition of the item or its packaging is notably degraded from the condition sold. Note that if you have provided an inaccurate reason for your return, you will be reported to eBay. 2) Optional Returns: If youve simply changed your mind, didnt do your homework before buying, etc., I may still accept your return as long as youve reached out to me first, agreed to pay return shipping costs, accepted that original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and assured me that the same item with all of its original packaging will be received back in the condition sold. Upon receipt of your return, I will test and inspect the item and its packaging to evaluate their condition and ensure it isnt a fraudulent return (see #3 below). If everything checks out, youll receive the refund we agreed to before you returned the item. If the condition of any part of the item or its packaging is notably degraded or missing, I will deduct an appropriately stiff restocking fee, because Im picky about my stuff. If you arent comfortable with the deduction, I can return the item back to you at your expense. 3) Fraudulent Returns: As someone whos been burned too many times by switcheroos and other creative ways of abusing the system, my tracking process has become painfully detailed to prevent such attempts. First, know that every item listed has been owned within my family unless noted otherwise, and yet where possible, every item is retested before being packaged to sell. Therefore, the likelihood of experiencing a legitimate issue with my items is minimal. As part of this process, all components are cataloged by recording their serial number, or for items without a serial number, a subtle identifier is placed somewhere discrete within the item and photographed, so that if it the item is returned, I can verify it is the same item sold. If a different item is received, no refund will be issued at all, and you will be reported to eBay for collection of return shipping costs and to flag you for the protection of future sellers. Summary In a nutshell, you can expect to receive items that meet or exceed their description, with top-notch service before and after the sale. In exchange, I ask for quick payment, effective communication, positive feedback, and personable respect for my items and the capacity in which I am selling and supporting them. And though I cant afford to promise you easy returns or years of support, I CAN make sure your initial satisfaction is everything it should be, so please buy with confidence!
