This outstanding center speaker features two 3½” poly cone mid/bass woofers, supplemented by dual 3½” passive radiators, flanking a 1” aluminum dome tweeter. The quality drivers are housed in an attractive contemporary enclosure crafted from extruded aluminum and finished in a heavy coat of durable gloss piano black enamel. This Definitive MYTHOS SEVEN speaker is in clean, excellent overall condition. The cabinet has no dings, scuffs, or other noted imperfections. Plus, the grille is also in excellent shape with flawless cloth, unharmed plastic frame, all mounting studs intact, and crisp emblem. Overall, it looks practically new! What’s more, the mid/bass drivers are in superb shape with perfect cones, dimple-free dustcaps, and permanent rubber surrounds; the radiators are equally flawless. Plus, the tweeter dome has been well-protected under the acoustically transparent grate and is also perfect. Most importantly, the speaker has been fully auditioned in my surround system and sounds great—strong and clear with fast, clean midrange, stunning highs to a far beyond-audibility 30kHz-rated peak, and good low end for the platform type.
