Purchased after I bought a MUSIC HALL MMF-9.3 with GOLDRING EROICA LX MOVING CARTRIDGE as a Christmas present to myself in December 2023. I was unaware that my old receiver couldnt handle something as new as the Goldring. The MX-VYNL improved the sound immensely, and I was very impressed with the performance . In the meantime, I had Sonos speakers and Port attached to my receiver, but the wifi and Sonos port wouldnt cooperate with my 20 year old receiver. Last week, I purchased the DENON PMA-900HNE, and it includes Bluetooth, wifi, AND MC/MM switch. I no longer need the MX-VYNL, Sonos speakers, and Port. So this old guy will have stereo equipment that will outlive me for at least 30 years.

This excellent phono stage was just taken out of my stereo system. It is in excellent functional and cosmetic condition. It was a joy to use but I am downsizing my system and no longer need it. Here is a retailer description: The MX-VYNL is a fully balanced, very high performance phono stage, able to operate with virtually any moving coil or moving magnet cartridge. With both traditional RCA inputs and our unique XLR fully balanced connection the MX-VYNL can be connected to 2 turntables simultaneously. The MX-VNYL offers a wide range of input impedance settings for moving coil cartridges as well as several capacitance settings for moving magnet units. Unlike many of our competitors units the MX-VYNL allows easy adjustment of these settings while playing. This allows easy experimentation and tuning to find the optimum setting for all your equipment. The MX-VYNL also includes our renowned RIAA correction that offers extremely accurate results to beyond 80kHz. That may sound extreme, but there is a good deal of information above 20 kHz that needs correction. If it isnt corrected, it will show itself as ringing and overshoot.
