I needed a Phono stage that could handle both MM and MC as I have 2 Tone Arms on my Turntable. This suited the bill perfectly. Ive had it for 4 or so years and I did buy it brand new for $1000. It is very easy to switch between the types and you can do it on the fly, no powering down to switch. It is pretty much infinitely adjustable to match whatever Cartridge you have perfectly. I upgraded recently and spent several thousand more and truth be told there wasnt much gain. That having been said, Im still keeping the new one and letting this one go to a new home. It is in as new condition. Superb shape functionally and cosmetically. It ships in its original box with all the original paperwork.
