I am selling a working Muse 2 DAC. This looks very nice. You can connect this with two devices. It comes with the original box and packing. Biete an ein Black-Pulsar High End Netzteil von THEL. Dieses Netzteil kann die DC-Spannungsversorgung eines Musette DACs übernehmen und dadurch klanglich aus dem schon sehr guten DAC das maximal mögliche herauszuholen. Das Netzteil ist schwer, wird sehr warm und ist im Dauerbetrieb problemlos. Am Einfachsten ist es, das 25 Watt Netzteil auf den Musette DAC zu stellen. Oben muss die Wärme entweichen können. Der Stromverbrauch beträgt konstant 25 Watt, egal was der Musette DAC verbraucht. Im DAC, der intern einen kleinen Trafo und Spannungsregler hat, müssen ein paar Änderungen vorgenommen und die Kabel für das externe Netzteil angelötet werden. Eine Anleitung lege ich bei. Das Black-Pulsar gibt es nur noch als Bausatz zu kaufen, da THEL aus gesundheitlichen Gründen das Geschäft aufgeben musste. Ist der Aufwand gerechtfertigt? Absolut! Es gibt klanglich von allem mehr, mehr Realität und noch mehr Hör-Spaß.

I bought my Musetec MH-DA005 new, directly from the manufacturer, Jinbo. I used it for about 2 years and took good care of it (in a smoke-free/pet-free environment). The DAC comes in the original box with all original accessories (see pictures). I have never opened the DAC or modified it in any way except for a firmware update. (If you plan to change the firmware, please make sure you know what you are doing. Please note that I cannot accept a return of a unit that is bricked due to a failed firmware update). The only imperfection I can observe is that some pixels on the LCD display may not be as bright as the others, depending on the brightness intensity or viewing angle, but this is quite normal for this type of display (see attached pictures). Other than that, there are no scratches or marks of any kind on the unit, which looks and works like a brand new unit. I am trying to describe the unit as accurately as possible. Please look at the pictures carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchasing. Please note that I am just the regular guy trying to sell his unit after upgrading his audio gear!
