Da aggiungere ad uno degli ingressi Aux del DAC MSB Platinum IV, è la versione che accetta segnali fino a 192Khz e DSD64, aumentandone molto la versatilità, essendo gli altri ingressi digitali più limitati, a causa dello standard SPDIF e delle protezioni del DSD. Consente di usare il DAC IV come DAC USB AUDIO 2.0. I files DSD128 inviati a questo ingresso USB vengono comunque gestiti dal DAC IV, che li trasforma in PCM 176 Khz, ed anche i files PCM 384Khz sono gestiti, il DAC IV li trasforma in 192Khz. Sul display frontale appaiono infatti le scritte 176Khz o 192Khz, a seconda dei due casi. I files DSD64 vengono invece gestiti in modo nativo DSD, infatti sul display appare la scritta DSD 64. In pratica, solo i files DSD256 non vengono gestiti, per un limite interno del DAC IV. Io lo usavo con un Cocktail Audio X45, senza problemi di compatibilità. To be added to one of the Aux inputs of the MSB Platinum IV DAC, it is the version that accepts signals up to 192Khz and DSD64, greatly increasing its versatility, being the other digital inputs more limited, due to the SPDIF standard and DSD protections. Allows you to use the DAC IV as a USB AUDIO 2.0 DAC. Also the DSD128 files sent to this USB input are however managed by the DAC IV, which transforms them into PCM 176Khz, and the PCM 384Khz files are also managed, the DAC IV transforms them into 192Khz. In fact, the messages 176Khz or 192Khz appear on the front display, depending on the two cases. DSD64 files, on the other hand, are managed in native DSD mode, in fact the message DSD 64 appears on the display. In practice, only DSD256 files are not managed, due to an internal limit of the DAC IV, and not to this input module. I used it with a Cocktail Audio (Novatron) X45, without compatibility problems.
