Nur eine Lautsprecher-Bespannung weist leichte Verfärbungen auf. Das die Bespannung eine Schwachstelle des Systems ist, wurde bereits im Test von AREA-DVD (12 Juni 2003 im Netz frei verfügbar) festgestellt. Ansonsten bekam Mordaunt-Short Premiere, was Klang und Verarbeitung angeht, nur positive Noten. Das kann ich auch bestätigen. Und weil ich vom System überzeugt war, habe ich mir ein Upgrade durch 9-e Serie (MS 905c, MS 902 und MS-903) zugelegt. Subwoofer (MS 309i),der Premiere im unteren Ton-Bereich unterstützte, behalte ich für meine „neue“ Anlage.
