Bang & Olufsen Beogram 1100 Turntable & MMC 3000 Stylus Good condition, some light damage for full detail read and see photos for advert It powers up and the speed, return function works fine including stop. I have not been able to test the audio output as I dont have a vinyl. The lid looks to have popped out on one side see photos, it open and closes fine. One side has suffered the some vinyl cover breaking of see photos. In general it looks good and is in good condition, includes MMC 3000 stylus. In my opinion I would say it would benefit from a service.

Bang and Olufsen Beogram 3000 Tangential Turntable B&O Type 5901 With MMC5 Tested and in good working order. Cosmetically it is in good condition for its age - There are some minor scratches on the transluscent panel but the silver panel is in very good condition with a working MMC5 cartridge. Please note that within mainland UK I would prefer to arrange delivery myself. The postage costs listed are for someone to drop the item off / meet you somewhere to collect the unit and not for a courier. The postage will help cover fuel costs and can be reviewed with the buyer depending on their location. I am happy to travel 1 or 2 hours to drop it off at a time and date convenient to me which may not be immediately after the sale. I will consider dropping it off at locations further away than 2 hours but may ask the buyer to meet me halfway that way I can cover most of mainland UK. I do travel to the midlands and the south approximately every 2 to 4 weeks. Here is some additional information from the fantastic Beoworld website … BeoGram 3000 Record Deck Type 59xx Manufactured: 1985 - 1987 Designer: jacob Jensen Colours: Black/Aluminium Beogram 3000 was a specially designed tangential record deck with a lightweight tone arm featuring the patented suspension system - Optimum Pivot Point - which prevented internal vibrations from interfering with sound reproductions. Beogram 3000 had an MMC 4 pick up for optimum sound and minimal record wear. A record sensor automatically record size and with it, the correct speed. The platter reduces static electricity and thereby dust in the grooves, and the pendulum suspension made Beogram 3000 'danceproof'. The search system worked both forwards and backwards and the new Active Light system was all automatic, giving you light when you needed it, for searching and changing your records etc.. A repeat function allowed you to play the same record up to 7 times in a row. Beogram 3000 was designed to be used within Beosystem 3000. Beogram 3000 does not have a built in RIAA amplifier and relies on this being in the receiver used with it. Beomaster 3000 - which this deck was designed to work with - has the RIAA built in as do almost every receiver before this time, including the Beomaster 8000. Later equipment such as the Beomaster 7000 and Beomaster 3500 and Beomaster 4500 transferred the RIAA to the record player as this allowed a longer cable to be fitted to the record player and gave better siting options.
