The projector is used. Several years ago a lamp expired and blew up inside the unit. I managed to extract almost all the pieces. The projector image is fine and the unit itself is ultra-quiet especially in Eco Mode. The mesh filter finally gave out after many years so I replaced it with a piece of air conditioner insulation which I sliced to the proper thickness. Also, the little door that accesses the bulb is finicky. It is held in place by black electrical tape on the outside. The tape must be kept tight and the little screw on the door has to be not too loose and not too tight or else the projector will not turn on. There must be some kind of circuitry that wont allow the unit to turn on if the door isnt shut. I dont remember how old the current bulb is - I think I used it maybe 2000 hours out of its 5000 hour lifespan. I always ran the projector in Eco Mode so a normal bulb lasts 5000 hours. Ive also included a metal mounting plate that works with the mounting system I got from projectorceilingmountsdirect on ebay. I kept the ceiling mount for my new projector but the plate which adapts to the holes on the HC4900 is included. If you order a mounting system from projectorceilingmountsdirect, send them an email and ask for just the parts you need - they may offer a discount like they did for me. The power cord is included as well. I dont have the manual but it can be found online. The unit will ship in its original box and packing.
