Speakers work well and sound good. Speaker chassis have a few marks. One is missing the face plate/switch cover. The covers are in good shape with no cracks. Just the odd mark in a few spots. The HDTWM7 is a multipurpose in-wall speaker. It features a 1-inch PTH tweeter and a 6.5-inch carbon fiber woofer with butyl surrounds in a 2-way configuration. Like all Incognita in-wall speakers, the HDTWM7 is mounted on a baffle of 1-inch thick MDF (medium density fiberboard) for an extremely solid and vibration-free mounting platform. A high-cut switch is also included for situations in which high frequency equalization is required. Look to the HDTWM7 as a convenient high performance in-wall speaker for home theater, multi-room, kitchen or den applications. Its features, including computer designed crossovers, compensate for room boundaries, allowing the HDTWM7 to deliver performance on par with the finest box speakers.
