This vintage Realistic Elac Miracord 40A turntable is a great find for anyone looking to repair or restore their old platter. Made in Japan, this black turntable is compatible with the Realistic brand and the Elac Miracord 40A model. I could not get the turn table to work so im selling as parts or repair. The person i bought this from said it works, but i cannot get it to work. Sold as is for parts or repairs.

Technisch ist er voll funktionsfähig, die Automatik funktioniert wie erwartet. Alles ist geschmiert und eingestellt. Die Höhe des Tonarmlifts im Automatikbetrieb lässt sich ganz einfach nach Belieben einstellen. Innen ist er wie neu. Der Verstärker ist ein Originalprodukt von ELAC, nichts wurde repariert oder gelötet.Alle Schrauben sind original, sogar das Netzkabel ist bis heute erhalten geblieben. Ich glaube, in diesem Zustand ist dieses Gerät nur noch in einem Museum zu finden. Auch im manuellen Modus ist er bequem zu bedienen. Wenn der Tonarm abgenommen wird, dreht sich die Platte und alles schaltet sich ein. Während des Betriebs sind keine Hintergrund- oder sonstigen Geräusche zu beobachten. Der Verstärker ist leistungsstark genug, um einen Raum von 30-40 Quadratmetern zu beschallen. Ich habe es an Philips 22RH426-Lautsprecher angeschlossen. Vintage Mid Century Benjamin Miracord Elac 40 Turntable for Repair. Has scratches, marks and general wear consistent with use and age as pictured. Missing the needle/stylus. The turntable does power on and looks to spin at different speeds when I change the selector but that is all the testing I can do. This most likely needs to be cleaned/oiled or greased at the very least and youll need to install a new needle/stylus. May have other unknown issues due to limited testing.
