The Micromega Stage 1 CD player is a french made Hi-Fi CD player known for its detail, smooth midrange, and deep sound stage. I bought this unit new from the Gifted Listener in Centerville, VA for $1795. This was my reference player for many years until it started to skip. Several years ago I replaced the Phiilips CDM 12.4 mechanism, but I still got a No disk error, so I boxed it up and have held on to it since. I am selling my old gear and decided to part with it to someone that can make use of it. The unit turns on, display works, and the transport opens and closes. The outer case is mint, but the front of the transport drawer has a little wear (see pictures). Comes with factory equipment and box.

Micromega Stage 1 im Carbon Design. Technisch 1A! Einwandfreie Displays ohne Mangel.Das Gehäuse hatte einige Kratzer. Deshalb habe ich ihm ein Carbonkleid verpasst. Ist ein echter Hingucker. Der Player spielt ohne jegliche Mängel. Klanglich hervorragend, mit sehr guter Räumlichkeit, schnell in den Höhen und straff im Bass. Auch als reines Laufwerk mit extern DAC nutzbar. Die original Fernbedinung ist leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Ich lege eine gut funtionierende universal FB dazu.Hinweis am Rande: Die FB vom Marantz CD 63 passt auch dazu (oh Wunder)Netzkabel ist natürlich dabei. Technische Daten dazu gibts im Netz.
