It has been gently used on a Luxman PD-441, and is in working condition. The outer box and counterweights are very difficult to find. Please read below regarding condition. English manuals may be found on sites like vinylengine.com. If you are unfamiliar with installation, I would read through them thoroughly before purchasing. I will include a copy as well. Cosmetically this turntable is in great condition considering its about 40 years old. The dustcover is what holds all the blemishes, mostly minor scuffs/scratches, but the rear, right hinge has the biggest. They can be seen in the pictures. These are the so-called Micro Seiki Micro Monitor MX-1 Headphones. I originally owned the Audio Technica ATH-7 electret headphones which were very good but when I heard a pair of these at a colleagues house I knew I just had to own a pair. I have owned these from new and they were serviced just before the covid shutdown and they sound very good. The sale includes both the MS-2 headphones which are very comfortable and also of course the MP-1 driver unit. Micro Seiki are best known for their turntables indeed I own one of them and so when they decided that they needed a setof headphones in their lineup they went to the market leader, Stax. The headset seems to be loosly based on the SR-X while the driver unit is a close variant of the SRD-7 Energiser. Having owned the the Stax SR-X, amongst other models these MS2s have a somewhat improved power-handling and an improved clarity across the entire bandwidth they are alsolighter and more comfortableon the head.
