This is the Michell Mycro famous turntable . It was bought many years back new and while we have so many other turntables this Mycro actually used not more than 30-35 hours in the past, thus remains in this top condition . We respect so much this UK brand for the top notch quality in any point of their turntables. One of our reference tables is the reference hydraulic from 1964! years ahead of their time indeed. So this Mycro example follows this Mitchell tradition. It is really amazing how this plain and simple turntable plays the music. It has a perfect bearing (the same as the Gyrodeck) with a non metal or glass platter but a heavy perfectly running synthetic one (seems like delrin ), the most silence ac motor around and the RB 300 (the old one...) on the right with a tungsten balance weight. Keep in mind platter and tone arm NEVER got off the turntable, remains originally as per Mitchell factory. Conditions: I guess it is real impossible to find any better sample around. Only some hairy scratces on the top cover , these can be seen only by a very close looking. We put on the tonearm the Audio technica AT440 MLB cartdridge (used, witch is INCLUDED in this sale. AAA test disc and the Thorens strobo disc are NOT INCLUDED, not including also anything else shown in photos except than the turntable ).However , one can have a more sophisticated cartdridge on this Mycro turntable to enjoy even more musical experiences . On the other hand with the AT 440 cartdridge we offer you a plug and play option. We also included a new original Michell rubber belt in the sale. Finally ,all in all, we have on sale maybe one of the best used turntable when we balanced in mind price , sonics and appearance and of course a top WF (wife factor). packaging will be the best, of course.thank you !
