Meridian 506.24 high end CD Player, remote, re-capped, serviced & new laser Owned since new in 2000 with original box and receipts. Reluctantly streamlining and downsizing my system, really sorry to see it go but I now only use this as a transport so the super onboard DAC is going to waste! It shares the same servo and laser as the 500 and 508 models. The transport is extremely strong, the whole tray comes out and is very solid. Its in superb condition from smoke-free home. It was serviced, re-capped and new laser fitted by Russ Phillips (Mr Tech Guy https://www.mrtechguy.co.uk/ ) in 2021, receipt supplied. Gorgeous sound and very highly regarded high-end CD player. Comes in its original box with manuals, receipts and Meridian System Remote and a MCRU hifi power lead. It shares its minimalistic design with all the 500 series, the only difference being the colour of the on-off strip. It cost me £1,195 new in 2000 and a further £420 on the full service with laser replacement and re-capping.
