Meridian Ferrari Boothroyd Stuart F80 CD Radio, no remote. see full description. Great little all in one cd/dvd/dab radio system with iconic design looks. Part of the display has issues as can be seen in the pictures of this function. It also has inconsistent reading of discs. Will play some without issue yet will not read others. **I am not able to offer any other fault finding information and is why this is being listed as spares or repair with any and all works required to recommission the responsibility of the buyer.** The cosmetic condition is overall good with some age related signs of wear. Comes with mains cable but without remote control.

Here we have the legendary Meridian Ferrari F80 tabletop radio/CD player/clock — the first tabletop music system for audiophiles. Bought new back when CDs were all the rage. Light use over the years. The sound is glorious. And the potential for connecting your portable source is real! Your DAC, DAP, etc. can plug into the back panel, as can most any other analog or digital source you would want to use. Note re CD “lips”: As is common with these units, the plastic “lips” that guide the CD into the F80 fell off, and the little plastic holder that secured them does not let you replace them. It doesn’t affect functionality at all. The F80 plays CDs 100% fine without the “lips” — you just insert the CD and guide it with your hand so it goes in straight.
