This appears to be never used in original wrapping. I opened the back to plug in and verify it turns on. I do not have an amp to test output. Remote also appears in working order. No guarantee if this works, but does appear to work from what I can test on my end. This looks though to be in original, out of box, new old stock condition for both items.
