Awesome, vintage, rare, sound great, very good condition, see photos

Memorex Model 505 Speaker. Catalogue number 40-9224 Super rare speakers. Im the second owner from new in 1984. I got them in 2012. I personally remember going to Tandy in the late 80s and falling in love with these speakers. (Tandy, Memorex and Radio Shack must have been all parts of INTERTAN) They look big and brash wth the guards off, 80s style. The cabinets are big. 780x500x300 (HxWxD). Good looking on a stand. I should mention, those furniture stools before dont come with them unfortunately. The woofers foam ring surrounds had perished. Probably why you never see them. (Ive seen two pairs in Germany with perished rings of course.) I bought replacements and painstakingly fixed them in. Im an engineer but trade and feel from the look and sound afterwards that theyre good as new. They sound wonderful especially with bass music and again especially from the period. Reggae, dub, rock. Yet they also sound great with contemporary music creating a great stereo image. The front guards have original material. There are a couple of holes in the material but not obvious. From the sticker at the back they are 8 Ohm, and Max power is 120W.
