These are some of the nicest speakers I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. Very clear sound, great bass response, great high range. These speakers have a warm rich sound stage to complement their warm, gorgeous walnut finish. These are built to last. I am constantly impressed by the build quality and the sound.They have a low and high frequency fuse. Each driver is in its own nest, separate box, acoustically isolated. Inter-driver interference is virtually non-existent, as is cabinet resonance. The midrange is in its own box that is insulated, with its own hemispherical enclosure, which is also insulated and sealed with acoustic putty.
