Excellent working and sounding transport. Was serviced in 2018 by Oak Harbor audio. Comes with manual and remote. Face has no cracks or bubbling I can see. Wood has discoloration from reflected sun off painting through rear of audio rack. There are some light scratches to wood case, but still in very good condition. Cd player has only been moved 3 times in its life, and has low hours.

McIntosh MCD7008 compact disc changer. Approximately 17.5 wide, 15.5 deep, and 6 tall. Fair cosmetic condition, with some noticeable wear, scuffs and scratches. The faceplate shows some wear or bubbling on both sides of the McIntosh logo and a few other spots. This unit powers up, but when I pressed the LOAD button, the tray just opened and closed, and wouldnt stay open. I was able to quickly grab the CD out of the tray; it was by Mannheim Steamroller, but the disc is not included, because I tossed it in the garbage. I didnt do any further testing, and I dont know this units history, so I will sell it untested, as-is, for parts or repair only.

Up for sale is a well-maintained, fully functional McIntosh MCD7008 compact disc (CD) player/changer, including a new, never-used remote, new belts and lamps, and a new factory carton. Sound quality is typical McIntosh product – rich and lush with tremendous warmth. This MCD7008 has new belts installed (all three) and new lamps installed. Unit functions properly, and the mechanism operates as new. Please see video of the unit in operation. The mechanism works as it should. Unit is in near-mint condition, only with some cosmetic scratches and some imperfections in the silver end caps. Please see photos for detail; the photos are part of the description of this item. In the video, disc 4 is playing, the “STORE” button is pressed, which then internally stores that disc and allows for another slot to be loaded (or unloaded), which is done to disc 5. McIntosh Description: The Mclntosh MCD 7008 Compact Disc Changer offers the ultimate in features and performance. The following information highlights what this CD changer can do for you. 1: You can operate the MCD 7008 as a single disc player. 2: You can store up to six discs inside the player, as well as a seventh disc used in single disc mode. These discs can be played in any of the following ways. 3L Play all the discs from start to finish automatically in the order that they were loaded into the player. 4; Play any of the discs by direct selection from either the front panel keyboard or the keyboard on the HR7008 hand held remote controller. 5: After selecting a disc, any track on the disc can be played by direct access on the front panel keyboard or hand held remote controller. 6: Select Random Play where the player will select discs and various tracks on the discs in a totally random order. Playback will continue until all tracks on all discs stored in the player have been played. If only one disc is in the player, each track of that disc will be played in random order. 7: Select any number of tracks you wish to hear in any sequence, on any or all of the discs stored in the player.
