C31V preamp in good condition with a 5-band EQ. Single Owner. Exterior is in good condition with some scratches on the top (see photos).

You are bidding on a Vintage C31V Audio/Video Control Center. This has been in storage since my grandfather’s passing in 1992. This is housed in solid walnut which is why it’s so heavy. It weighs approximately 25 lbs. He took great care of his stereo equipment which it why it’s in perfect condition. This also comes with the original instruction manual. Good working condition McIntosh MC431!I ran this amp for a year and it’s just bulletproof. Did a recent test against “modern” 4-channel amps and this thing is still beyond what’s out there. It had a home made center cover, now it has the blue MCC444 cover. Only one I could find. The speaker output barrel cinch nuts were questionable, so I used these white terminals to keep from doing any damage. I’ve included gold plated, pin style speaker cable connectors. They fit perfectly.

This unit has been kept in immaculate condition. Everything works as it should. (Please note the only unit for sale is the MVP831.)
