Ich verkaufe einen Vollverstärker MA 6200 des amerikanischen High-End Herstellers McIntosh. Das Gerät befindet sich technisch und optisch in einem Top Zustand. Der Verstärker klingt ausgewogen, feinauflösend und hat ausreichend Punch für unterschiedliche Lautsprecher (Leistungsprüfung: 2 x 76 Watt Sinus an 8 Ohm). Ich hatte ihn u.a. mit britischen Standlautsprecher Celestion Ditton 25 genutzt. Auch kleinen Scott-Lautsprechern aus den 70ern verhalf er zu klanglich beeindruckenden Ergebnissen. Die Anschlussmöglichkeiten sind umfassend (u.a. zwei ausgezeichnete Phono MM Anschlüsse). 2021 wurde das Gerät von Bernhard Heldmann (audio-reparatur Regensburg) komplett überarbeitet. Dabei wurde des Gerät zerlegt, eine Signalverfolgung und Schaltungsanalyse durchgeführt. Defekte oder Bauteile mit Verschleiß wurden erneuert. Brüchige Lötverbindungen wurden nachgearbeitet. Zudem wurden alle Regler und Schalter gereinigt und konserviert. Außerdem wurden die Lautsprecheranschlüsse für Bananenstecker umgerüstet, die Lautstärkeregelung optimiert und die Seitenteile sowie der Power-Knopf geschwärzt (lässt sich ohne großen Aufwand rückgangig machen. Der McIntosh macht aber in komplett Schwarz eine bella figura ;). Die komplette Reparaturliste kann bei Interesse per Mail versendet werden (Kosten für die Reparatur: 770€). Zudem wurde das Netzkabel von Peter Feldmann (Bad Homburg) auf eine Kaltgerätekupplung umgerüstet. An dieser habe ich ein dueX Netzkabel von Feldmann verwendet.Auf Wunsch kann das dueX zusätzlich für 85 € erworben werden. Es handelt sich bei diesem Gerät wohlgemerkt um die 220V Europaversion. Description : The McIntosh MA6200 was first released in 1978 and discontinued in 1991. By gathering the available technology that McIntosh had used, the MA6200 was developed. The amplifier uses a special-NetWare-program equalizer which makes five independent bands. It has two tapes circuitries in which mutual dubbing is also possible, a pre-mains separation termination, a succession good transformation loudness Compensation, etc. are carried. The McIntosh still has its original power guarding system, which suppresses clipping distortion automatically, and the speaker is protected from an emergency outage. An optional Panloc wooden case to cover the amplifier can be purchased during that time. That wooden case may come in Walnut or Glass black finishing. Though the McIntosh 6200 is a solid state amplifier, it has a wonderfully balanced and warmish sound that lets the music shine through. There is a real sense of effortlessness and transparency as well as dynamism. The ambience the sound produced makes the user feel like he is listening to music rather than just listening to music played through an amp, which is a good thing. The bass sounds fuller and midrange is more sweet, liquid and musical. The superb lush, warm and easy to listen to sound is true to its McIntosh signature sound characteristic. Overall the MA6200 is well made in the Binghamton tradition.
